1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to this page and any related pages operated by Tree of Life Dentistry ("we," "us," "our"), located at 838 Nordahl Rd, Suite 240, San Marcos, CA 92069. By using this page, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this page.
2. Not Dental Advice
The content on this page is for general information only. It is not dental or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for an in-person exam by a licensed dentist. Using this page or calling our office does not create a dentist-patient relationship. A dentist-patient relationship begins only after you are seen in our office. If you have a dental emergency, call our office at (760) 294-2571. For a medical emergency, call 911.
3. Results Vary
Treatment outcomes depend on each patient's oral health, history and follow-through with care instructions. We do not guarantee any specific result. Photos, reviews and testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of similar results.
4. Offers, Pricing and Consultations
$149 New Patient Special: Includes a cleaning, exam and x-rays. Available to a limited number of new patients. Not valid for periodontal disease cases. Cannot be combined with dental insurance.
Complimentary consultations: Available for dental implants, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry and sedation dentistry. Consultations do not include treatment; any recommended treatment is quoted separately.
Membership plan: Benefits, pricing and eligibility are subject to the plan's own terms.
All offers are subject to availability and eligibility, may not be combined with other offers unless stated, and may change or end at any time without notice. Any treatment needed beyond what an offer includes will be explained and priced before it begins.
5. Calls and Text Messages (SMS Terms)
When you call us, our phone system may log your phone number and the time and length of your call so we can return missed calls and measure how our advertising performs. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes, and you will be told at the start of the call.
SMS program: If you consent to receive text messages from Tree of Life Dentistry, you agree to receive customer care messages from us, such as replies to your inquiry, appointment reminders and follow-ups.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call (760) 294-2571.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile opt-in consent or phone numbers will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
